&lt;/h2>
&lt;ol>
&lt;li>Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, rum, lemon zest, egg, butter, salt, and the milk with yeast.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Knead into a smooth dough and let it rise until doubled in size.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Mix the nuts with sugar or chocolate, cinnamon, and milk.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Roll the dough out into a rectangle about 36 x 48 cm in size.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Spread the filling evenly over the dough.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Roll the dough up tightly and cut it into 12 equal pieces.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Place the mini poticas into a baking mold and let them rise for about 30 minutes.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Preheat the oven to 180 °C.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Bake the mini poticas for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.&lt;/li>
