&lt;/h2>
&lt;ol>
&lt;li>Add the egg yolks and sugar to a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth and pale.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Add the heavy cream and whip until it just starts to thicken. Do not whip too long, otherwise it can turn buttery.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Add the mascarpone and vanilla, then continue whipping until the cream is firm. It should hold to the whisk, but still stay smooth.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Warm 1 tablespoon of Nutella with a little milk, just enough to make a chocolate milk mixture for dipping the biscuits.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Prepare a dish that fits about 12 Savoiardi biscuits per layer.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Dip the Savoiardi biscuits briefly into the warm Nutella milk and arrange the first layer in the dish.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Spread one layer of mascarpone cream over the biscuits.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Add a second layer of dipped biscuits.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Melt 3–4 tablespoons of Nutella with a little milk and pour it over the second biscuit layer.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Add the remaining mascarpone cream on top and smooth it out.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Dust generously with cocoa powder.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.&lt;/li>
