Nutellamisu is a playful tiramisu variation for kids, made with mascarpone cream, Savoiardi biscuits, milk, and chocolate-hazelnut spread.
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 g heavy cream
- 1 vanilla pod or vanilla sugar
- 1 pack Savoiardi biscuits, about 24 pieces
- 4 tablespoons Nutella, Nuss-Nougat cream, or another chocolate spread
- milk
- cocoa powder, for dusting

- Add the egg yolks and sugar to a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth and pale.
- Add the heavy cream and whip until it just starts to thicken. Do not whip too long, otherwise it can turn buttery.
- Add the mascarpone and vanilla, then continue whipping until the cream is firm. It should hold to the whisk, but still stay smooth.
- Warm 1 tablespoon of Nutella with a little milk, just enough to make a chocolate milk mixture for dipping the biscuits.
- Prepare a dish that fits about 12 Savoiardi biscuits per layer.
- Dip the Savoiardi biscuits briefly into the warm Nutella milk and arrange the first layer in the dish.
- Spread one layer of mascarpone cream over the biscuits.
- Add a second layer of dipped biscuits.
- Melt 3–4 tablespoons of Nutella with a little milk and pour it over the second biscuit layer.
- Add the remaining mascarpone cream on top and smooth it out.
- Dust generously with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

This is a kid-friendly tiramisu-style dessert without coffee or alcohol. It still has the layered, creamy feeling of tiramisu, but with chocolate and milk instead.
You can use Nutella, Nuss-Nougat cream, or any similar chocolate-hazelnut spread.
